Art at 30,000 Feet: The Bravissimo Vegas and Culinary Retreat

Once a year, Bravissimo Art Center hosts a truly unique art retreat that blends travel, instruction, and culinary into a single unforgettable day. This special event invites our students to fly together from Tucson, Arizona to Las Vegas for an immersive, all-day creative adventure.

The retreat begins the moment we board the plane. During both the flight to Las Vegas and the return trip, participants receive specialized art technique instruction, turning travel time into focused, guided learning. These lessons are designed specifically for the retreat—compact, practical, and immediately usable—making the journey itself part of the studio experience.

Once in Las Vegas, the inspiration continues with a curated gourmet food tour, including lunch at Javier's at ARIA Resort and Casino and dinner at Ocean Prime Las Vegas. The tour isn’t just about dining—it’s about observing design, mood, and environment, and seeing how those elements translate into stronger artistic choices.
